The art form of contemporary sculpture， to a large extent， is the result of divergent thinking， is the result of cross disciplinary， of course， is bound to be reflected in the contemporary social ideology. In contrast to previous sculptural forms， contemporary sculpture manifests more about the connection between itself and public society， contemporary sculpture shows intervention of fashion culture， reflects cultural trend of consumer society. The articles that published in this issue， contain discussions in relation to the visual transformation of sculpture， construction of Chinese representative language， possibilities of sculptural development， etc.， in order to accumulate experience for the sake of constructing the theory of sculpture.
2.完善制度建设，以点带面，全面推进。一是完善制度，统一规划，实现项目内外形象的一致性。从公司层面明确项目文化建设工作的目标、内容和标准，积极引导构建本单位项目文化理念体系，统一规划，明确考核标准，为项目部开展工作提供了指导依据。二是建立试点工作制度，推行示范，积极探索项目文化建设经验，由此全面推进项目文化建设开展。
